Public Service, a General Statement	ISSUES ON: Public Services, Military, Veterans: Governments and officials have done what should not; and have not done what should have; not solving socio-political-election-media problems, instead, cause more problems. Partly being unjustly misled, manipulated, conspired, covered-up, or be part of "official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks". Bad: most officials, legislative bills, appropriations, abandonment of resources, land, government properties to benefit a few, or to victimize others, opposite government function; create/cause more socio- political- election- media problems.
