No unjust practices, manipulation, influence, bad proposals, hidden agenda, false excuses (public-private partnership, economic development, housing, MPDU) to benefit/ facilitate "official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks"=cruel tyranny= robbery machine; continuing, on-going, expanding, penetrating; false levies, liens, garnishment, foreclosures, evictions; vicious cycles.
