ISSUES ON: Science, Technology, Internet, Space: Support quality research to benefit general public, not a few; not be used as false excuse to siphon resources (financial, properties, land, facilities, personnel, etc.) to benefit a few. Eliminate unjust deprivation of resources (public, private) by various unlawful, unethical, immoral acts, frauds, crimes; unjust manipulation, influence: improper records, bookkeeping as often by "fraud- crime- injustice networks". Media problems: not just corporate media, but also Public Access Channels and related "fraud- crime- injustice networks" Continuing on-going, repetitive, "relay methods" unjust patterns, practices with threat, coercion, censoring, spying, surveillance, obstruction/destruction of activities, projects, products, tapes; deprivation of Constitutional rights; violation of laws, regulations (local, state, federal and media own rules; endless unlawful, immoral acts; biased, prejudiced against good citizens, advocates, candidates; false excuses, no justification to deprive of rights, equal protection, justice under the U. S. Constitution, state laws, rules and regulation; violate its own rules; deprive the member's rights, airing of the TV programs produced by the complainants; or even denied memberships and privileges, to participate certain events; obstructed activities, use of facilities; TV and Radio production; damaged complainants-- reputation, resources, credit, potential career; false excuses and implicit unjust penalties against the complainant; ignored complaints, procedures, investigation, hearings; arbitrary, unjust practices, unlawful acts against complainant, violate U. S. constitution, laws, rules and regulations; use of facilities, edit facilities, equipment; wiretapping, bugging; internet, computer bugs, etc.; conflict of interest, especially to benefit themselves and Chamber of Commerce, etc.; adverse impacts on FPA missions, democracy and the society. Media problems occur not just corporate media, but also public access channels; mainly because of elated "official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks" operation.
Media board members, staff, volunteers and related "fraud- crime- injustice networks": commit, conspire, cover-up and suppress unlawful immoral acts, unjust practices; violate laws, rules, conflict of interest; unjust manipulate meetings, complaints, minutes, time schedules, etc., to benefit themselves, law firms, Chamber of Commerce, etc. At Montgomery Community Television (MCT, Access Montgomery, Rockville, Maryland; Executive Director Richard Turner), especially John Hansman, Nancy Poole, Larry Merewitz, Marianne Merewitz (husband and wife), Cinthia Cabib (Laura Cooper, Kimberly Watkins, Bernard Dowell, consultants, etc. At Fairfax Public Access (FPA, Fairfax, Virginia, Executive Director Chuck Pena); especially Board Chairman and two lawyer members of BOD, including Georgia Graves (Chairman), Jim Housel (VP, Internal Affaires), Bob Giarrusso (Membership), Engineer Peter Mesisco, Radio Production Class, Instructor David McAlary (retired from Voice of America which should be terminated/abolished because of ineffective, unjust practices and discrimination), disqualified excellent students, who should gain special bonus and awards, from being certified,-- more.
