Young: ISSUES ON: Consumers, Social Security, Pension, Housing; Gay, Afro Americans, Latino, Native Americans:
Protect people’s resources (public, private), rights, families. No unjust practices, manipulation, influence, bad proposals, hidden agenda, false excuses (public-private partnership, economic development, housing, MPDU…) to benefit/ facilitate “official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks”=cruel tyranny= robbery machine; continuing, on-going, expanding, penetrating; false levies, liens, garnishment, foreclosures, evictions; vicious cycles. Support equal treatment; respect people’s choice of lifestyle, companies, protection and other benefits, as long as they would not violate other people’s rights, etc. It is more important to work on strategies to improve society, justice and peace, rather than being misled and divided the voters to benefit the “fraud- crime- injustice networks” operation. Important social issues and tasks are interrelated:

Young: Need: conduct good-faith public hearings, Congressional hearings; and thorough investigation, prosecution, elimination of “official misconduct- fraud- crime- injustice networks” operation, unjust policies, practices, schemes, influence, manipulation; endless unlawful, unethical, immoral acts; in this case and other cases/complaints at administrative and judicial levels; including complaints sent to Treasury, Government attorneys and other offices; 3 branches, local- federal; including independent agencies, media, etc., but have all ignored or implicitly denied. UNCONSTITUTIONAL: Any unlawful treatment, procedures, proceeding, docketing to benefit “fraud and crime networks” against innocent citizens; deprivation of constitutional rights, to live, to choose the place to live, to conduct any activities, speech, activities (personal, business, political, civic, community services, etc.) are unconstitutional. Any ruling/ court order, judgment, rules, schemes, unlawful acts which are unconditional should be void. Any citation, rules, judgments based on falsification, false reports, rumors should be void, removed, dismissed. Agencies should provide in good-faith full information and copies of pleadings, investigative files to complainants or litigants; and allow them ample time to provide feedback.

Consumers, car owners, homeowners are usually victims, and being deprived of ownerships without their faults. The District Court and Commission’s Offices refuse to file the case and prosecute the crimes as filed by complainants. Montgomery County Crisis Center has failed to process, maintain proper record as to Homelessness.
