Social issues–interrelated horizontally, vertically. Candidates should be well equipped, capable to deal with complicated sophisticated social issues, all factors, inc. budgets, Problems, priorities, cost-benefit, effectiveness, etc.; local- global. Not someone who could be unjustly manipulated, influenced by “fraud- crime networks”. * Total number of council members: not all at large. Abolish or prohibit candidate slate. Support cumulative voting; fair and meaningful appeal/grievance procedures, sanction against agencies, entities, unfair treatment; obstruction of liberties, activities (personal, business, political, civic, political), democracy, fair election/political processes; “official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks”, e.g., Montgomery Community Television, etc. Support open government; meetings, fair/ meaningful public hearings; information; on all issues, land deal, public fund, resources, appropriation, legal services, costs, complaint/cases, etc.; unlike current system with threat, coercion, unjust manipulation. Eliminate/ stop frauds, scams and unjust development plans. Improve general welfare, solving socio-political problems; with correct concept, policies, enforcement; fairness, principle; cost-effective, preventive, diagnostic, proactive.
