Unified exams to screen out good quality candidates; from local up, with ample knowledge, capability, endurance and deep understanding of social issues and proper solutions. NOT unjustly manipulated, influenced by “fraud- crime networks”. Effi ciency implementation of laws, rules, appeal/grievance procedures; sanction against agencies, entities, unfair treatment. Fair/ meaningful media, public hearings, information on all issues, land deal, public fund, resources, appropriation, legal services, costs, complaint/cases, etc.
Solving socio-political problems; with correct concept, policies, enforcement; fairness, principle; cost-effective, preventive, diagnostic, proactive. Improve the essence of democracy: fair election process, market mechanism: fairness, quality, equality, equal treatment, protection, voter information, issue debate. Televise candidate forum, issue debates; citizens, candidates for various public offices (local, city, county, state, federal; at least linear up).
Disseminate/maintain meaningful information (candidates, issues): quality, good sense of justice, knowledge, capability, willingness to speak up for the benefit of the general public, personal background, photos, contact information, etc. Proactive for “WRITE-IN” candidates.
Prosecute/eliminate: official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks” operation; penetrating every segment of our lives, expanding here to overseas. Establish unbiased academic professional panels: review all legislative proposals, appropriation, planning, development, land deals, public facilities; construction, building, roads; abandonment of public land, valuable property, resources etc.; no unwise rushing, no unnecessary pressure to benefit a few.
