Unified exams to screen out good quality candidates; from local up, with ample knowledge, capability, endurance and deep understanding of social issues and proper solutions. NOT unjustly manipulated, influenced by "fraud- crime networks". Effi ciency implementation of laws, rules, appeal/grievance procedures; sanction against agencies, entities, unfair treatment. Fair/ meaningful media, public hearings, information on all issues, land deal, public fund, resources, appropriation, legal services, costs, complaint/cases, etc.
Solving socio-political problems; with correct concept, policies, enforcement; fairness, principle; cost-effective, preventive, diagnostic, proactive. Improve the essence of democracy: fair election process, market mechanism: fairness, quality, equality, equal treatment, protection, voter information, issue debate. Televise candidate forum, issue debates; citizens, candidates for various public offices (local, city, county, state, federal; at least linear up).
Disseminate/maintain meaningful information (candidates, issues): quality, good sense of justice, knowledge, capability, willingness to speak up for the benefit of the general public, personal background, photos, contact information, etc. Proactive for "WRITE-IN" candidates.
Prosecute/eliminate: official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks' operation; penetrating every segment of our lives, expanding here to overseas. Establish unbiased academic professional panels: review all legislative proposals, appropriation, planning, development, land deals, public facilities; construction, building, roads; abandonment of public land, valuable property, resources etc.; no unwise rushing, no unnecessary pressure to benefit a few. Abolish misleading programs, deceit, information, title, etc., e.g., local municipal/corporate "University", "Citizen Police Academy", "Annual night-out", or so called leadership programs, etc.

Performance of our government are Poor, 3 branches, local- federal, including US Congress, Senate, and House of Representatives; have done what should not; and has not done what should have. Not solving socio-political-election-media problems, instead, cause more problems. Partly being unjustly misled, manipulated, conspired, covered-up, or be part of "official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks". Bad: most officials, legislative bills, appropriations, abandonment of resources, land, government properties to benefit a few, or to victimize others, opposite government function; create/cause more socio- political- election- media problems.

Prosecute/eliminate MURDER-fraud- crime- injustice networks, false foreclosure, evictions,(from home that we owned and renting places with no fault of our own, no default payment); causing poverty, homelessness.; obstruct, destruct activities, liberty, freedom (individual, family, business, civic, political, community services; freedom of speech, communication, association, etc.). Department of Aging, Department of Health and Human Services not only did not help, but instead working as part of "fraud- crime- injustice networks", mastermind "phony guardianship", kidnap Kan Hua Young to Manor Care, where Kan Young was injured by having no food, inadequate food, poison food, unsafe food and other unsafe equipment and bed. Complaints have filed with Manor Carein writing, in person or orally, but were not resolved, instead complainant was retaliated. Kan Young was made un-conscience and sent back to Suburban Hospital. Phony guardian, Department of Aging, especially Adult Protective Services Sherry Davis and Manor Care; denied the wife Lih Young to visit her husband in Manor-Care. Instead, they called police (including Officer Davis, ID--------- full name not given) on 3/27/2009 to drag the wife out with force to break bones, chock neck and pressure chest, pulled the hair and send to Shady Grove Hospital with 4-point restraints imprisonment. Police Officer knew the complainant, but wrote petition for mental evaluation with the name Jane Doe. (Police are assigned to Wheaton District, but they came to Manor Care- Potomac which is in different district.) Again on 4/3/2009, abuse of police and Fire and Rescue (there were no fire, and no rescue necessary). They sent complainant to Suburban Hospital, more than two shots to complainant which made complainant Lih Young un-conscience; and later transported to Potomac Ridge Behavioral Health Center; used as prison complex to detain innocent citizens for victimization, retaliation; abuses, unjust/forced medication;

Police knew the complainant, but wrote petition for mental evaluation using Jane Doe. Fortunately, Shady Grove physicians found nothing wrong with the wife, and released her in a few days.
