Kidnap patient without spousal notice/approval; denied spouse to visit patient; improper/ unjust diagnosis, medication/ injection/ medical procedures (even without physician's approval); removal of oxygen tube. Complaints/ requests to hospitals, health/ rehabilitation centers; in writing, in person, orally; not resolved, but ignored, retaliated. Against police Davis (Montgomery co. Md.; full name not known; assigned to Wheaton District; came to Manor Care- Potomac, Md; different district far away). The spouse was not allowed to wait on the bedside of patient; even quietly waiting for them to serve food to patient (who did not have supper, waiting for snack). Police came to drag the spouse out from second floor down to the outside pavement to police vehicle; intentionally with excessive force to harm the wife; to break bones, chock neck, press chest, pull hairs; wife's back all scratched and bleeding; to Shady Grove Hospital for unjust mental evaluation, 4-point restraints, imprisonment. Police knew the complainant, but wrote petition for mental evaluation using Jane Doe. Fortunately, Shady Grove physicians found nothing wrong with the wife, and released her in a few days.
