Social Security, a General Statement   Especially during difficult economic times, our goal should be retirement security for all so that our seniors have access to services they need to live independently for as long as possible with access to quality, affordable health care. I oppose legislative or administrative proposals that would seek to balance our budget on the backs of our seniors. I especially will fight back against attempts to privatize Social Security and dismantle Medicare. Seniors have paid into these programs for their entire working lives and they have earned their benefits. I fought for historic health care reforms that helped extend the life of Medicare for 12 more years, cut co-payments for preventive services, provide free annual wellness checkups for seniors, and reduce the cost of prescriptions.

Pensions, a General Statement   One of my top priorities in Congress has been to help more Americans save for retirement. Over the years, I have introduced legislation that has been enacted into law making it easier for businesses to create retirement savings plans and for Americans to have more control over their retirement income.

Social Security, a General Statement 2010 marks the beginning of the full downward spiral of the Social Security System. The FICA income is now unable to keep up with its current outlays and the money must be removed from an accounting sham known as the Trust Fund or Lock Box. Every cent in the Trust Fund must be borrowed. Each year the US is naturalizing over one million illegal aliens, further increasing future Social Security deficits. The BorderLawProject.org estimates this problem has reduced the Social Security payment to each retiree by $300.00 per month. Social Security per capita payments will continue to decrease every year from what it would have been had there been no subsidized naturalized illegal aliens. As of now, the Social Security Administration has stopped providing its annual cost of living increase. The general inflation has been rising at an alarming rate masked by the reduction in housing costs. On top of that, the biggest fraud in history is also reason for concern; that of the use of fraudulent Social Security Numbers. According to the Congressional Subcommittee on Social Security over eight million fraudulent Social Security numbers are freely being used throughout the United States. The authorities are not arresting these criminals or deporting them. These eight million fake Social Security Numbers are the basis for the BorderLawProject.org estimate of 32 million illegal aliens in the United States (this allows for illegal aliens, along with their families and others working off the books, plus the users of fake Social Security Numbers).

Social Security, a General Statement     ISSUES ON: Consumers, Social Security, Pension, Housing; Gay, Afro Americans, Latino, Native Americans: Protect people's resources (public, private), rights, families. No unjust practices, manipulation, influence, bad proposals, hidden agenda, false excuses (public-private partnership, economic development, housing, MPDU) to benefit/ facilitate "official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks"=cruel tyranny= robbery machine; continuing, on-going, expanding, penetrating; false levies, liens, garnishment, foreclosures, evictions; vicious cycles. Support equal treatment; respect people's choice of lifestyle, companies, protection and other benefits, as long as they would not violate other people's rights, etc. It is more important to work on strategies to improve society, justice and peace, rather than being misled and divided the voters to benefit the "fraud- crime- injustice networks" operation. Important social issues and tasks are interrelated: (1). Society is in vicious cycles, as in need of revolution, if we don't act. First, prosecute, eliminate "official misconduct- government gang- fraud- crime- injustice networks".
